The price of the Art work is to be agreed upon from the onset by both parties. A deposit will then be required and paid before work commences. Also note, copy right is vested with the Artist, unless specifically agreed in writing, before commission is stated.

 

Deposits are non refundable, excerpt in the case where the Artist is unable to embark on the commission. In the case of the Art work (e.g portrait) painted from photographs, the judgement will be base on the likeness of the photograph – not drawn from the memory of the subjects.

 

In the case of portraits of young children painted from photographs, the judgements will be based on the true likeness to the photographs and not to the actual child who may have changed over time.

 

In the event of our client been unhappy with the work (e.g portraits of true likeness). If needed, the painting will be amended to meet the client`s desires.

Once the Art work is completed a confirmation of the work will be sent by email and upon final approval full payment will be effected by the client.
